Mike Wilson writes: "I have to confess that I cannot remember a thing!   And drink was not involved because I was - and still am - a non-drinker.   In fact, were it not for the photographs, it's hard to believe I went.   My diary for Friday 15th May finishes halfway down the page saying "Bob, Col, Fred and I got back seat for the four of us.   Settled in and dead on 1400 we left Jever for Paris."   The pages for the 16th, 17th and 18th are blank.   My Tuesday entry starts: "To work once more after Paris."   (Thanks to Mike Wilson.)
