Crash vehicles out for an emergency.   Looks like a USAF Fairchild C-119 Boxcar so it may have been during the deployment of those aircraft to Jever for Exercise Brown Jug when they dropped the 12th US Airborne into Denmark - about 17Sep57.   Note there seems to be another Boxcar parked against the trees in the background.   (Thanks to John Hill.)
