          T   Trims neutral for take off. Throttle friction as reqd.
          A   Speed brakes IN, switch to neutral.
          F   Flaps fully down, lever to hold
          F   Fuel - quantities, flow, pressure
          I   Instruments in the green
          O   Oxygen on and blinking
          H   Hydraulic pressure up on all 3 systems
          P   Pitot heater as reqd.

After TO

          B   Brakes ON/OFF
          U   Gear up < 185 kts
          F   Flaps up, lever to hold <170 kts
          F   Fuel Emergency OFF
          I   IAS for the climb

VITAL ACTIONS for Landing

          Before joining

          B   Brake pressure up
          A   Speed brakes OUT, switch to neutral

          On break

          U   Gear down (185 kts)
          F   Flaps fully down, lever to hold
          F   Fuel enough for overshoot (250 lbs minimum)
          I   Instruments as reqd.

               After landing; flaps up; speed brakes in; pitot heater off
