The Emergency Fixer - about summer 57.   This mobile radio vehicle gave bearings from Jever to aircraft calling on the distress frequencies.   Together with bearings from other stations in Germany it was possible to give an immediate position for the transmitting aircraft.   (Thanks to Ian Argyle.)
