Tex Williams folly.   Having been briefed by Ron Gray on his first taxying exercise, he overdid the braking and the starboard pads burst into flame when he parked.   He had left the brake in the ON position and it did not cool down.   The Hunter F.4 required engine revs way above idle while taxying otherwise the alternator dropped off line.   This feature did pose problems with overheating brakes - about Jul55.
