Sailing under false colours!!   Hunter F.6 XG152 transferred from Hawker Aircraft Ltd, Kingston-upon-Thames to Sir W. G. Armstrong Whitworth Aircraft Ltd, Coventry and later modified with gun-blast deflectors and wing leading-edge extensions.   Then issued to 19MU, DFLS and 19 Sqn (X). Finally to 229OCU.   Aircraft with this serial and marked as 4 Sqn, (althouigh it never served on 4 Sqn), seen at Luftwaffen Museum, Berlin(Gatow), 17Sep05.   Maurice Parker took this picture on 8Jun12.
