Report on a Visit to German Air Force Jever by Mick Ryan, Chris Stone, Gunter Kipp and Maurice Parker on Tuesday/Wednesday 16/17th August 2005                                               78. Our revered Secretary of the Jever Steam Laundry, Jeff Jeffreys, had asked me to find out if the 4 Sqn wall                       murals depicting past squadron aircraft were still in what used to be 4 Squadron Hangar - Building No 1 built in 1936                       and another listed building.   This Hangar was forward of Station Flight and fronted on to a dispersal that merged with                       the northern taxiway.   Note the marking for runway 10 - changed from our day when it was 11.   (Thanks Mick Ryan).
