65.  The restaurant opened specially for us as they are normally closed on Wednesday evenings.   We published the "Zur Schwarzen Baeren" excellent menu on the net and asked those attending to pre-order their choice.   Mick Ryan then faxed the choices to the restaurant from Arnhem and prepared place cards showing name and starter and main course choices in German and English to help the waitresses.   This avoided the need for only a set limited menu and was a very popular idea with the restaurant.   This was the most popular choice - "Hooksiel Gourmet Fish Plate".
