Some Favoured "Watering Holes" or Gaststätten/Tanzlokale in and around Jever Today - 4. This must be well known to all who served at Jever - the Kaffeehaus Rahrdum.  Being strategically well situated not far from the Main Gate and in the direction of town, for many this was the first point of call on their way to an evening in town (and for some the last stop on the way back).  If I remember correctly they even had a Dartboard.  It is still open today. - 24Dec05.   (Click to see the dartboard in the early 60s.)   (Thanks to Maurice Parker)
