All players are to assemble at Headquarters(Unit) Gymnasium by
15.00 hrs. on 16th January and should be in possession of spare kit. Those
who require overnight accommodation should contact the Secretary by telephone,
H.Q. Ext. 4511. Make sure that boots are polished.

As this can be considered an inter service fixture, attention is
drawn to this Headquarters letter RAFG/956/1/P.F. dated 28th April, 1958.
Where possible, players should make use of Military trains.
4.
Should it be necessary, owing to weather conditions to cancel the
game, players are advised to contact their respective Officers i/c Rugby
before they leave for Headquarters, who will have been advised by signal.
5.
Sufficient copies of this letter are enclosed so that each
player may be issued with one.
