Video showing 118 Squadron Reunion on 8th May 2009 Apologies and introduction clip from Ken Pott's film.   Wilf Crutchley thanks John Freeborn, George Aird and David Lockspeiser for their support while organising the reunion.   Wilf then asks for someone else to take on the next organisation having done two himself.   Wilf announced apologies from Charles Gibbs whose health prevented him from travelling at the last minute; Iain Sutherland, a WWII pilot who was too ill to travel but had sent his son; Ken Potts from Australia who had won a raffle prize to travel to any sporting fixture in the world and had chosen this 118 Sqn reunion.   Ken had brought over a camera to record the event for George Spooner who could not make it from Australia.   Wilf welcomed the whole Talalla family who had attended from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia; AVM Paddy Harbison and Helen, his wife had travelled from Virginia, USA and was the longest wartime member of 118 Sqn as he served from 1943 to its disbandment in 1946.   Finally he mentioned Bob Taylor who had travelled from Spain.

There is a sound commentary with this clip.   This clip runs for 4 mins 13 secs.

(Thanks to Ken Potts for original film.)
