35. The Golden Share which this year was awarded to Robbie Roberts in his 80th year.   Robbie headed the Airfield Construction Branch Squadron 5004 that extended RAF Jever's runway and built all the post-war buildings at Jever - such as the Ad Astra Cinema, the Swimming Pool, Primary School, Brockzetel bunker and the downtown married quarters.   Robbie has also been one of the most regular attenders at our AGMs.   This Share Certificate was beautifully crafted by BeBe Sharman and the winner holds it for one year.   (Click to see previous winners).   AGM2009.   (Thanks to Eric Pigdon.)
